Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@herrday.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return label (for U.S. orders) and instructions. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

International Returns:
We do not offer free returns outside of the U.S. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import fees.

For international orders, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

If you’d like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.

This helps avoid customs delays and ensures you receive your new piece as soon as possible ✨

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges:
To exchange, please email us when you request for return. 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
