Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Fit notes

Long-sleeve shrugs: Run short. This is a length note, not a direction to use the Runs Small chart.

Leggings: Compare both waist and hips. Daydream Leggings use the Runs Small chart; Quiet Form Leggings use True to Size. Stretch and compression can feel different between styles.

Bras: Start with your bust measurement. Poised Intention uses Runs Small; Daydream Bra uses True to Size. These charts do not provide cup or underbust sizing, so they are not a cup-size conversion.
